A visit with Old Friends

I had the chance to get together with some old BSU team-mates a couple weeks ago, and it was so much fun. We were in Champaign, Illinois at Jill and Glenn's house. Tessa was also in town for work, and of course, Matt and the kids were along. Here's a picture of Nathan and Ellie (who are destined for each other). It's so nice to see old friends and I can't wait for the next reunion!

Congratulations Jamie and Shane!

One of my oldest and best of friends, Jamie, and her husband, Shane, welcomed their first baby into their family on August 17th. She is the cutest little thing- Kayla Renee. Congratulations to them!

Family visitors- we love it!

We were so happy to have our visitors from Las Vegas with us this week. Matt's mom and stepdad (Nancy and Beau) and twin brother, Mark, we here for a few days and we had an absolute ball. Nathan loved seeing them and showing them where we live. His new room was a highlight, and they just spoiled him to the max with all the attention (and toys...)! They were introduced to the Indiana games of cornhole and ladder-golf- they are hooked! We are looking forward to seeing them in October for our extended stay during my first clinical rotation in Las Vegas.
