A New Addition to the Family

We introduce to you our newest addition to the household........"Max". He is a black, pointer lab and is 2 years old. We thought a dog wasn't in our future for a couple more years but we found out about Max through a good friend and we just couldn't pass him up. He was used as a hunting dog and spent most of his time chained outside. It is taking quite an adjustment on his AND our parts but he is catching on to life in town very quickly. They say having a pet adds 7 years to your life......... We love him!

Day with Buddy Bear

We had a couple of days with a friend from Nathan's classroom, Buddy Bear. He was able to do lots of fun things with us during his stay. A visit to the doctor's office, to Grandma's to meet Sheba and enjoy the lake, and he helped Nathan be patient while mom and dad gave blood donations. It was fun to have Buddy Bear and we enjoyed showing him around our house.
